The following content described the May 2, 2009, Compassion Montavilla clinic.
Do you, or someone you know, need dental work, but can't afford it?
Do you wonder about that pain or sore spot, but don't have the money to visit a
doctor? Do you want to know about local social
services that could help you with a relationship or financial problem?
Compassion Montavilla is bringing together doctors, dentists and hundreds of volunteers to help you. While you wait for your appointment you can visit a Social Services Fair and enjoy a free lunch. When it's time for your appointment you can leave your children with caring adults in the Kids Playroom.
Compassion Montavilla is an event that
shows the love of God to the greater Montavilla community. Our guests
experience His love through the provision of
basic health care and social service
networking.
All services are free, are offered on a first-come basis and include:
- Basic Medical Exams
- Basic Emergency Dental Treatments
- Dental Cleanings (ages 3-18)
- Basic Chiropractic Exams
- Social Services Fair
- Kids Playroom
Professionals and interpreters will be available to speak with our guests in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese.
